The Meal Support Program in Eden, NC, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a safe and supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals together. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can join as often as needed to fit their schedules. Each meal support session is led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are in the process of obtaining their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support for those in recovery, please note that we do not provide urgent care or crisis intervention; for immediate assistance, we encourage reaching out to crisis services.
