Our Fellowship includes comprehensive organic food system education, where participants engage in various initiatives such as market-style farming, educational sessions in innovative healthcare, maintaining community gardens, and imparting ecological and food literacy in schools. Fellows are empowered to support local farmers' markets, enhance access to nutritious foods through strategic distribution channels, and actively participate in community food coalition activities. Each selected Fellow embarks on a six-month immersive experience followed by a Community Action Year, collaborating with regional non-profits to implement their learned skills.
