The Backpacks of Hope Program, part of Esther's Heart for Transformation Ministry in Charlotte, NC, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to youth in need throughout the Mecklenburg and Cabarrus County School Systems. Our mission is to empower children and build their self-confidence by ensuring they have access to nutritious meals every weekend. Each backpack is filled with carefully selected food items, addressing the urgent need for reliable food sources in our community.
