Katie Bishop is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist who has devoted the majority of her career to working with children, adolescents, and adults with autism. She takes particular joy in helping these individuals enhance their social communication, emotional regulation, and assertiveness skills. In addition to her specialization in autism, Katie has experience supporting a diverse array of individuals as they navigate challenges including ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship concerns. She firmly believes that the client-therapist relationship forms the cornerstone of the therapeutic process and collaborates closely with her clients to ensure they feel supported and heard at every stage. Drawing on modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Katie employs a flexible approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
