Throughout her career, Amy has engaged in diverse therapeutic experiences, including two years of wilderness therapy where she lived with clients in the woods, as well as working within a traditional office setting with adults, families, and couples. Additionally, she has contributed her expertise to an emotional growth therapeutic boarding school for adolescent girls, reflecting her comprehensive background in mental health counseling.
