Jessica Manning is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, holding an MSW, LCSW, and LCAS. Since 2005, she has been counseling both adults and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and more. Jessica's diverse experience spans various clinical settings, including substance abuse treatment facilities and as a behavioral health consultant at a primary care practice. With a strong foundation in integrative therapy, she utilizes techniques like EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, and Strength-Based approaches. Located at Carolina Beach, Jessica works in a group practice with two other licensed therapists, providing individual and group counseling to support her clients on their journeys to healing and self-discovery.
