Cancer Transitions is a supportive program located in Camp Lejeune, NC, dedicated to cancer survivors who have recently finished treatment. We focus on individuals who completed their treatment within the past 24 months, although our resources continue to be beneficial for survivors at any stage of their journey. Our evidence-based offerings include tailored nutritional guidance, exercise programs customized to individual needs, emotional health education, and medical management support. We strive to empower survivors to thrive after cancer, fostering resilience and promoting overall wellness.
