Dana Fleming, a sixth-generation resident of Howell County, brings a unique understanding to the counseling process, particularly in how it may be perceived by the local community. As an Ozarker, Dana embodies the wit, humor, passion, and intelligence of the area, seamlessly blending these qualities with formal training and a genuine curiosity about individuals. Passionate about healing, Dana believes that everyone encounters trauma, loss, or mental illness at some point, all of which can be addressed through therapy. Specializing in working with adolescents and teens in the foster system, as well as adults striving to break cycles of trauma, Dana is particularly attuned to those coping with loss or mental health challenges. Their therapy office serves as a welcoming and safe LGBTQ space for teens and families navigating significant life changes. Dana considers it a privilege to support clients as they share their pain and grief, guiding them towards new understandings of their past while empowering them to reshape their lives.
