Ann Ross

Ann Ross is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who graduated in 2006 from Lindenwood University. With a focus on adults and elders (65+), she specializes in areas such as marital and premarital counseling, life coaching, and grief therapy. Ann believes that while life is a beautiful journey, it comes with its own set of challenges, many of which arise from the choices we make. She understands how daunting it can feel when faced with unfulfilling relationships, career dissatisfaction, or experiences of depression and anxiety. Seeking therapy often marks a significant step when individuals struggle to manage their emotional well-being alone. Through her telehealth sessions, which are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video, Ann provides compassionate support tailored to the unique needs of her clients. Utilizing diverse methodologies including the Gottman Method, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and person-centered approaches, she works with individuals and couples alike.
