Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Webb City, MO, is dedicated to shaping the next generation of advocates and educators for a just and sustainable food system. Our program empowers participants through hands-on learning and community engagement, offering organic food system education and practical experience on a market-style farm. Fellows engage in initiatives such as growing and distributing diverse crops, managing community and school gardens, and enhancing food literacy through innovative educational sessions. With no tuition fees, we ensure that accessibility is at the heart of our mission, allowing Fellows to focus on their transformative work. Each selected Fellow participates in a six-month immersive training followed by a Community Action Year, collaborating with local non-profits to apply their skills and promote healthy food access. Applications are open until March each year, with experiences running from May to October, inviting passionate individuals to join us in cultivating a resilient food community.
