Karen Moist

Karen Moist is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (MA, LPC) who specializes in assisting families and children navigating the complexities of trauma and attachment difficulties. Her work encompasses a wide age range, from toddlers to teens, recognizing that many of the children she encounters have pre-verbal trauma stemming from experiences such as parental stress during pregnancy, adoption, neglect, or abuse. Karen is also attuned to the unique challenges faced by children grappling with gender fluidity or gender dysphoria, understanding that traumatic stress can manifest in various ways.
