Residential Treatment Program

Located in Union, MO, the Residential Treatment Program is dedicated to empowering teens aged 13-17 through individualized programming that emphasizes independence, respect, and personal responsibility. Our mission is to facilitate a successful reintegration of youth into the community by providing essential psychiatric treatment, medication management, and a range of therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy. In addition to comprehensive medical and dental care, we focus on educational support, speech and language therapy, and recreational activities, all aimed at developing crucial daily living and social skills. Work-study programming and specialized treatment plans, alongside dietician consultations, ensure that each teen receives the tailored care they need. As a state facility, we strive to serve children with limited or no resources, offering services with payment options adjusted to fit each family's financial situation.
