Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program

Located in Union, MO, the Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program is designed specifically for individuals newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. This comprehensive, free program supports participants over a 12-month period, offering essential education and resources in both English and Spanish. Participants receive six informative e-booklets tailored to their needs, a monthly e-newsletter packed with seasonal tips, and insights into local community events. Enrollees who provide their phone numbers will also gain access to our interactive monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can engage directly with ADA experts to address their diabetes-related questions, learn about the connection between diabetes and heart health, and receive helpful giveaways.
