Cancer Transitions

Cancer Transitions is a compassionate program based in Sedalia, MO, designed specifically for cancer survivors who have recently completed their treatment, ideally within the last 24 months, although support is available for those at any stage of their survivorship journey. This evidence-based initiative focuses on providing critical resources such as nutritional support, tailored exercise programs, educational sessions on emotional health, and guidance on medical management. We are dedicated to empowering survivors by equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive in their post-treatment lives.
