Leslie Davis

Leslie Davis, a licensed professional counselor with extensive experience working with both teens and adults, recognizes a critical need among individuals to be heard and validated. In her practice, she considers this validation to be a pivotal moment in one's journey toward introspective growth. Whether clients are processing deep-seated developmental trauma or expanding their self-awareness, Leslie is dedicated to guiding each person on their unique path. She firmly believes in the values of authenticity and support, vowing to never give advice, pass judgment, or claim to know more than her clients. Her approach reinforces the idea that no one is broken; rather, she provides a genuine, safe space to walk alongside clients through life's challenges. With years of experience in substance abuse agencies, emergency rooms, and private practice, Leslie is well-equipped to assist clients. She has completed specialized training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, addiction, co-occurring disorders, and motivational interviewing, and is also a certified sex therapist. Additionally, Leslie is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Missouri St. Louis. She is excited about the potential of working together with clients on their therapeutic journey.
