Located in Ozark, MO, the Meal Support Program provides essential, free, and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals designed to create a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutritious food alongside knowledgeable support. With meal support sessions taking place four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner slots, individuals can seamlessly integrate our services into their schedules. Each session is guided by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all working toward their CNS certification. We prioritize the well-being of our participants by fostering a safe space for recovery, acknowledging that this program is complementary to traditional treatment, rather than a crisis support service. For those in need of immediate assistance, we encourage reaching out to crisis support resources.
