MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Oak Grove, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities receives comprehensive screening for obesity and is connected to tailored weight management services that suit their unique needs. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for personalized in-home support. Additionally, Veterans can take advantage of the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. For those facing ongoing challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery, ensuring all Veterans have the resources they need to achieve their health goals.
