Tamara Bellings

Tamara Bellings is a licensed professional counselor (MS, LPC) who views therapy as a powerful gift of self-care. Committed to providing a worthwhile and rewarding therapy experience, she offers virtual and telehealth sessions throughout the state of Missouri. If at any time it appears that she and her client may not be the right fit, she is prepared to refer them to another qualified mental health professional. Her areas of focus include relationships, marriage, anxiety and depression, self-esteem, LGBTQ+ issues, personal growth, family dynamics, self-expression, and overcoming religious trauma. Tamara emphasizes the importance of self-care, often guiding clients toward learning healthy boundaries, releasing guilt, asserting their needs, and prioritizing their own happiness. Having personally benefitted from therapy, both individually and in marital counseling, Tamara's own experiences inspired her to pursue a Master’s degree in Counseling. She believes wholeheartedly that everyone can gain from counseling and empowers her clients to give themselves the transformative gift of therapy.
