Family Support in Nixa, MO is dedicated to assisting individuals and families affected by Prader-Willi syndrome. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support and accurate information from the moment a loved one receives their diagnosis. We offer a range of services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management resources. Additionally, we guide families through the application processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
