MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Lake Saint Louis, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to support each Veteran by providing annual screenings for obesity, personalized referrals to weight management services, and a variety of treatment options tailored to meet individual needs and preferences. Our offerings include engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, alongside the MOVE! Coach mobile app particularly designed for those who wish to manage their weight independently. For Veterans facing persistent challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. Services may vary by facility, so we encourage those interested in weight management to connect with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to get started on the journey to improved health.
