Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Kirksville, MO, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are at the outpatient level of care for eating disorders. Our initiative offers virtual drop-in group meals, designed to create a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nourishing meals while receiving vital support on their recovery journey. With meal support sessions held four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, participants can choose times that best fit their schedules. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification, ensuring compassionate guidance during each meal. It's important to note that while we offer a supportive setting, this program is not a substitute for crisis intervention.
