Cancer Transitions, located in Kirksville, MO, is a supportive program dedicated to assisting cancer survivors who have recently completed their treatment journey. While primarily designed for those within 24 months of their diagnosis, our resources are valuable for individuals at any stage of survivorship. Through a holistic approach, we offer tailored nutritional support, customized exercise plans, and education on emotional health and medical management, all aimed at empowering survivors to thrive in their daily lives post-treatment.
