MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Kearney, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and our TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. Additionally, Veterans can take advantage of the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those facing ongoing challenges.
