We provide an immersive six-month experience at our Allegheny Farm Campus where selected Fellows gain hands-on education in organic agricultural practices and community engagement strategies. Our program fosters essential skills such as growing and distributing diversified crops, implementing health-focused educational initiatives, and maintaining school and community gardens. With a commitment to accessibility, we do not charge tuition, ensuring that our fellowship is open to all passionate about improving food systems. After the fellowship, participants engage in a Community Action Year where they collaborate with local non-profits to apply their knowledge in real-world settings.
