MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in House Springs, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran in our care is screened annually for obesity and guided toward effective weight management options tailored to their unique needs. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer to independently manage their weight, our MOVE! Coach mobile app provides essential tools. Additionally, we assist Veterans through weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who have faced ongoing challenges.
