Located in Hillsboro, MO, the Meal Support Program, a part of Project HEAL, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals facing eating disorders who are in outpatient care and over the age of 16. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals, creating a nurturing environment where participants can gather to consume nutritious meals while receiving the necessary support from trained nutrition practitioners. With sessions held four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner slots, participants can seamlessly integrate meal support into their schedules. Each session is facilitated by practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator who are pursuing their CNS certification, ensuring a blend of care and professionalism. While our program focuses on meal support and community, we want to remind individuals in need of immediate assistance for crisis situations to seek urgent help through appropriate channels.
