MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Hannibal, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that suit their individual needs. We offer a variety of support avenues, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! in-home messaging for those seeking additional assistance. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, alongside options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing persistent weight challenges.
