The Meal Support Program in Hannibal, MO, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. We offer a welcoming virtual space for participants to engage in group meals that help foster a sense of community while they focus on nourishing their bodies. Our meal support sessions take place four times a day, featuring dedicated lunch and dinner slots that accommodate varied schedules. Each session is thoughtfully facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are honing their skills as they work towards CNS certification. While we prioritize creating a supportive environment for recovery, please note that our program is not intended for crisis situations. For immediate assistance with crises, we encourage you to reach out to appropriate emergency resources.
