Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Grain Valley, MO, by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services tailored to their unique needs. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with a variety of effective weight management options. We offer group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for personalized in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management or explore additional solutions like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if needed.
