Residential Treatment Program

The Residential Treatment Program in Fort Leonard Wood, MO, is dedicated to empowering teens aged 13-17 through individualized programming centered on independence, respect, and personal responsibility. Our mission is to support the successful reintegration of youth into their communities by providing comprehensive services that include psychiatric treatment and medication management, as well as individual, group, and family therapy. We also offer vital medical and dental care, educational support, recreational therapy, and development of daily living and social skills. Our work-study programming complements specialized treatment plans and dietician consultations, all while ensuring accessibility for families with limited resources. As a state facility, we strive to make mental health services attainable for all Missourians, adjusting fees according to each family's ability to pay.
