MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Florissant, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to tailored weight management options that suit their individual needs and lifestyles. We offer a variety of support avenues including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program that provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need extra assistance after engaging with our program.
