MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Eldon, MO, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually, with tailored referrals to support their unique weight management needs. We offer a range of effective treatment options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer a more self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with medical solutions like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who require additional assistance after traditional methods.
