The Meal Support Program in Cape Girardeau, MO, is dedicated to empowering individuals through free, accessible meal support tailored for those aged 16 and over who are in outpatient care for eating disorders. Our live, virtual drop-in sessions create a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy meals together while benefiting from professional guidance. Offered four times daily, our meal support times accommodate diverse schedules, allowing individuals to join multiple sessions as needed. Each session is facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are on their path to achieving CNS certification. While we prioritize support and recovery, please note that this program is not designed for crisis intervention.
