MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Camdenton, MO, through personalized weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our program actively screens Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connects them with tailored weight management solutions that suit their individual preferences and needs. We offer a range of services including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also access the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management or consider weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges.
