MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Bolivar, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened for obesity, and provided with personalized support tailored to their needs and preferences. We offer a range of effective options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, alongside access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who face ongoing challenges. Our goal is to empower Veterans on their weight loss journey by connecting them with resources that fit their lifestyle.
