Cancer Transitions, located in Belton, MO, offers a comprehensive, evidence-based program designed for survivors of any cancer diagnosis who have recently completed their treatment. Though primarily for those who finished treatment within the last 24 months, our initiative supports individuals at any stage of survivorship. We focus on providing essential nutritional support, personalized exercise planning, emotional health education, and medical management guidance to empower survivors on their journey to recovery and overall well-being.
