Health Clinic

Located in Zeeland, MI, City on a Hill Health Clinic is dedicated to providing free medical care for minor injuries and illnesses to uninsured and underinsured individuals. Our compassionate, qualified volunteer medical staff offer essential services, including initial treatment for common health issues, ongoing care for follow-ups, specialized women's health services every third Thursday of the month, and diabetes education. We also assist patients with health insurance enrollment and connect them to vital resources in the community. To ensure the safety of our patients and staff, we conduct symptom screenings for COVID-19 before appointments and request that patients self-quarantine when possible. Our goal is to deliver immediate, accessible healthcare with a welcoming touch, making sure that everyone has access to the care they need.
