MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Wyoming, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for Veterans through an effective and personalized weight management approach. Our primary mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and to connect them with comprehensive weight management services tailored to their individual needs. We offer a variety of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home monitoring and clinician contact for added support. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to track their progress independently. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need further intervention after participating in our program.
