Located in White Lake, MI, Cancer Transitions offers a compassionate and evidence-based program designed for cancer survivors who have finished their treatment. While our program primarily serves individuals who have completed their treatment within the past 24 months, we welcome survivors at any stage of their journey to benefit from our comprehensive support. Participants receive nutritional guidance, customized exercise plans, and emotional health education, all aimed at empowering individuals to thrive in their survivorship.
