At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), we are dedicated to providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals in Westland, MI, to support the health and well-being of our community. Our program is designed for clients eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals seeking self-pay options. Each meal is thoughtfully crafted by a Registered Dietitian, tailored to meet specific nutrient requirements for various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while ensuring meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We aim to accommodate those on Medicaid or the Older Americans Act by verifying eligibility through case managers, while also providing options for Medicare Advantage beneficiaries and self-pay clients at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. In addition to our meal services, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, ensuring comprehensive support for those looking to enhance their health through nutrition.
