Located in Waterford, MI, Cancer Transitions is a transformative program designed specifically for cancer survivors who have successfully completed treatment. Aimed primarily at individuals within the last 24 months of their recovery, our program also welcomes those at any stage of their survivorship. We offer a comprehensive approach to healing, including nutritional support, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and guidance on medical management. Our mission is to empower survivors with the tools and resources they need to thrive in their journey towards renewed health and wellbeing.
