Heather Carson

Heather Carson, LMSW, is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and therapist who understands that all individuals have an intrinsic drive to seek balance and congruence in their lives. When this drive is obstructed—be it through emotional struggles, relational pressures, or significant life transitions—individuals often find themselves in distress. Heather is committed to accompanying her clients through their journey toward establishing balance and integration, ultimately fostering a sense of wholeness and security. Recognizing that traditional talk therapy may not suffice for everyone, she employs a diverse range of therapies, including Trauma-Focused therapy and EMDR, tailored to facilitate change by reprocessing emotionally-charged memories that may manifest physically. She believes that genuine, unconditional acceptance is crucial in making self-healing a natural and comfortable process.
