Located in Taylor, MI, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. We proudly serve clients eligible for Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and individuals seeking a self-pay option. Our meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, cater to specific nutrient needs for a variety of health conditions, such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while ensuring they are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We're committed to making nutritious meals accessible; Medicaid and Older Americans Act beneficiaries can check with their Case Managers regarding eligibility, while Medicare Advantage participants should consult their plan for meal inclusions. For those not covered by these programs, our self-pay option provides the convenience of home delivery at an affordable rate. In addition, N4L offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to further support individual health goals.
