Wisewoman is dedicated to empowering low-income, uninsured, and underinsured women aged 40-64 in Taylor, MI, and the surrounding Wayne County through free health screenings and personalized coaching. Our mission is to facilitate meaningful, small changes in your health through tailored goal-setting and continuous support. Each participant receives comprehensive health intake screenings and is matched with a caring health coach who provides follow-up assistance via phone or text. In addition, Wisewoman connects women to vital community-based programs, such as the Diabetes Prevention Program, fully covered by our organization.
