The Learning Kitchen

The Learning Kitchen is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of residents in Swartz Creek, MI, through a comprehensive six-week adult nutrition education program. Designed for the Genesee County community, our program features engaging cooking and nutrition classes that cover essential topics such as MyPlate guidelines, meal planning, and the impact of salt and sugar on health. Participants enjoy weekly recipe tastings, informative giveaways, and physical activity demonstrations, all aimed at empowering individuals to make healthier food choices and build a supportive community focused on nutrition.
