MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Sterling Heights, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and provided with a tailored referral to appropriate weight management options that cater to individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of support services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home care. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-management, access weight loss medications, or explore bariatric surgery if necessary.
