Located in Saint Clair Shores, MI, the Rapid Re-Housing Program is dedicated to providing vital support for young people aged 18 to 24 who are experiencing homelessness. Our program offers rental assistance for up to one year, ensuring that participants have a stable place to call home. In addition to housing support, we provide comprehensive services, including case management, individual counseling, emergency food assistance, transportation, and utilities help. Our mission is to empower youth by facilitating their transition into independent living, and we invite those in need to apply and experience the transformative services designed to foster stability and self-sufficiency. Proof of homelessness is required for participation, and applications can be initiated by downloading the PDF form and submitting it via email.
