MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Roseville, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by screening for obesity and connecting them to effective weight management options that suit their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides at-home messaging and clinician support. Veterans can also benefit from the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional assistance.
