Shanda Berdan

Shanda Berdan is a dedicated counselor, holding both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Bachelor's degree Social Worker (LBSW) credential in the state of Michigan. With a solid educational background from Spring Arbor University, Shanda primarily conducts video and phone sessions, making therapy accessible with just a click of a link. Her areas of expertise include stress, anxiety, grief and loss, as well as supporting veterans and parents of teens, informed by her experience raising five children and fostering. She offers guidance to teens aged 15 and up, women navigating intimacy and sexuality issues, and those seeking life coaching.
