Andrea Caskey, LMSW, is a compassionate Clinical Social Worker and therapist dedicated to guiding individuals through their unique journeys of coping, healing, and growth. With expertise in trauma-informed practices, she specializes in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma at various stages of life. Andrea has extensive experience addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, and parenting challenges, and she is particularly attuned to the needs of LGBTQIA+ individuals. She promotes the importance of self-awareness and mindfulness as essential tools for navigating life's challenges, working with her clients to discover what resonates best for them. Andrea’s background includes working with children and families within the foster care system and applying positive parenting techniques rooted in developmental trauma and attachment theory. In addition to her therapeutic work, she has experience in medical settings, supporting individuals with chronic illnesses, learning disabilities, and neurodivergence. Andrea offers a blend of telehealth and in-person sessions, creating an accessible and welcoming environment for her clients, and is currently welcoming new clients with a focus on mornings and early afternoons.
